This is exactly what I was looking for and has done the job perfectly! They are basically four mini chocolate bars with twelve mini chocolate chucks in each. Taste EXACTLY like chocolate - I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference if someone had given me some saying that it was normal chocolate. The only trouble that I had was that I really wanted to eat more as they tasted so nice so, if you like chocolate, you may need a little will power :)
Excellent product though and would be more than willing to buy more if I ever run out. I felt refreshed and comfortable after use. I had one dire need for the loo and the others could be held onto until I was in reach of the toilet.

The wife uses it when she travels. Gets a bit bunged up when she eats dodgy foreign food (I'm the opposite:).

She has a nibble of this chocolate every night and everything seems to go smoothly the next day.

easy to use, compact and well made. but so far it has given me a different reading every time i use it (and yes, i am holding it correctly) fluctuating between 22% and 31% body fat in a few hours. maybe i got a duff one.

This technique is highly innaccurate, so many factors affect bioelectrical impedance that you never get an accurate reading. If you put in the same details over and over, the reading changes within a couple of seconds. This system is partly based on guessing thats why it asks your age and gender. I experimented with this and tested myself 5 times per day about 2-3 hours apart and my body fat % changed by up to 6%, not likely. Had my body fat tested by a sports nutritionist using calipers, it came out at 8% this device showed me to be 14% a couple of minutes later. I would not waste your money.

I had to purchase a body fat % for my work. I shopped around quite a bit, and this product is really the best. Best design (doesnt require you to take your shoes and socks off and stand on scales) Best price, (other designs worth purchasing are at least £20 more) and most user friendly. All you are required to do is input you height (cm) and your weight (kg) then your age and gender. Within roughly 3 - 7 seconds you have your body fat % and your BMI (body mass index) it also tells you the result of it all (if you are classed as 'normal' or not!).

Having worked with a lot of different electronic body fat % this is in my opinion the best.

this product actually makes all the difference after a run. not really necessary for short runs but anything over 10k recovery drinks and bars really do make a massive difference. tropical one has nice flavour

These are almost identicial to Gold Gym gloves except that the palm has white leather. Good fit for my hands I have small hands (size 6 1/2 - 7) and these gloves are S/M. Good price too.

This started working for me towards the end of the 2nd tin. All my hair has thickened up again.
Do not use if you have already lost all your hair as this stuff restores blood flow to existing folicles and its good to use it before they shrink to a microscopic level

Felt I should put something in as a mild corrective to the above review, because it's a bit off the mark in a couple of areas. I've been using the foam now for six months - not bald but had gone a bit thin - and am extremely pleased with the results.
Okay, for the first month you will likely suffer from some shedding, and this can be slightly frightening - my solution was not to obsess on it or even bother examining my scalp for fear of scaring myself out of using it. However, by the third month I started to feel a suede-like sensation of new hairs coming through - this is where the above reviewer has got it wrong, it does actually stimulate the growth of new hair.
At the end of the fourth month I had my hair cut, and at the end the stylist did the usual 'here's the back of your head' thing with the mirror and I could see that my hair was visibly thicker.
Have continued to use it since then, and felt my mop getting physically thicker as the months roll on - not sure when it'll optimum point but it's still apparently growing in.
A couple of final things to point out to anyone thinking of using this: 1. It takes patience and discipline. You need to keep using it twice a day with clockwork regularity. 2. It's primarily for the crown area of the head. It's effect on the hairline is, as far as I've read, minimal. 3. It's not a miracle foam, as Adam points out above, I've read about people having some fairly extreme allergic reactions to it and also some who were disappointed with the results, but personally I've found it worth the effort.

Honestly haven't tried any other drink yet, neither the orange or peach version of this brand, but this lemon drink is pretty easy to drink and gives you a good healthy "pumped up" feeling before you start working out.
